Procurement And Process Manager
Min Education Level
1. Review the existing Procurement Policy, and revise to strengthen the procurement process at MIFIDA2. Review the actual implementation and practice of the Procurement Policy at MIFIDA and strengthen documentation, and level of authority3. Set up a system and monitor all required process for procurement4. Review current contracts and suppliers and optimize costsi. Identify largest areas of cost reductionii. Search for lower costs and better terms for areas of cost reduction. Coordinate and liaise with related departmentsiii. Implement cost reduction with new contracts and suppliers5. Generate documentation of existing processes at the company and propose improvements6. Monitor the changed process and track key indicators for improvement. Revise change if necessary7. Work with the Admin Team on asset and documentation management8. Support the functions of Admin, IT and HR Team when required9. Other work requested by the CEO and CFO
Requirements (Skills, experience and education)1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.3. Strong knowledge of procurement, administrative and back office tasks at a company.4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
5. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.6. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
