An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Sourcing, Negotiation, Reporting for the products/the service in the market as per the projectrequirment. (For small projects/Admin/HR business line)
  • Strong communications with suppliers and internal dept.
  • Submission and follow up the payment application to Financedept., Cash Advanced Application, Claim Application.
  • Manage the delivery process for thepurchased products/the service to the store
  • Issue PO in SAP and send the approved PO tosuppliers/subcontractors
  • Well maintain of the procurement process documents such as POissued record, Payment to supplier record, PRF, Shipping Documents, Documentation(Softcopy/Hardcopy) for internal audit purpose
  • Checking and feedback to the respectivedept. for the submitted PRF to Procurement Dept. after review the inventory list.
  • Assist to GMand Manager for the assigned work if any"
