Job Description

Develop and implement policies and procedures that govern the purchasing of the production supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality requirements
Search and identify potential suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies, and negotiate favorable contracts for the procurement of these items
monitor inventory levels of raw materials and other supplies needed for the production and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock levels
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery times, and costs, and make recommendations for changes in suppliers when necessary
Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, quality control, and finance to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

Any graduate with minimum 2 years experiences in procurement field.
Internet and computer literacy with M.S Word/ Excel/ Power Point and Microsoft outlook email.
Must have knowledge of sourcing ingredients and packaging materials for meal box and juice production.
Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, proactive and initiative.
