Sourcing the products in the market as required by the project.Effective price negotiation with the suppliers.OtherProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)As soon as possibleReporting for the procurement approval to the respective management including PO approvalFollow up the payment application to payment release to supplierWell maintain of the procurement process documents for internal audit purpose
Manage the delivery process for the purchased product to the store
Fullfil the procurment request at the timely mannerMaterial planning for reordering with store regularlyStrong internal communcation with the respecitve department

Job Requirements
Must be over (25) years of age.
Must have a university degree.
Must have at least (2) years of relevant work experience.
Must be of good character and healthy.
English (4) Skills, Excel Skills, initiative skill, problem solving skills, product knowledge, quick learningSAP Knowledge, logical thinking
Any additional qualification as an Supply Chain Diploma if available
