  • Sourcing the products in the market as required by the project.
  • Acting as a Procurement and External Relationship Executive by offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront of all that we do.
  • Effective price negotiation with the suppliers.
  • Design, Plan, prepare and develop the marketing tools and gifts.
  • Negotiating contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.
  • Ensuring service excellence at all times.
  • Support client service as a dedicated professional when needed in handling the day-to-day client activities / requests for processing.
  • Identify, originate, develop and maintain business relationships with corporate clients.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, media agencies, vendors, and other companies.
  • Attend relevant internal and external corporate meetings and networking events.
  • Strong internal communication with the respective department.

Job Requirements

  • B.A or B.S Degree Holder or any other equivalent preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Proficiency skill in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same.
  • A track record of effectively handling complex sales, to meet the needs of demanding customers, in a fair and ethical ways.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills with confidience to serve as the company's spokesperson and team management skills.
