  • Ensure that all purchased items are met to the quality, quantity according to the requirement and expectation and ensure that these arrive in time.
  • Work with the vendors to schedule shipping and purchase orders delivery time.
  • Settle purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Anticipate alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers
  • Follow up or track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Responsible to handle the procurement functions, specification checking, negotiation and purchase.

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • At least 3 years experiences in Procurement Fields of Distribution Company are preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement process and policy
  • Good Communications skill and negotiation skill with all suppliers and office members
  • Proficient on use of Microsoft Word (Word, Excel) and able to use Internet & E-mail.
  • Be honest, accurate and a good team player
