To lead E2E sourcing process for key RPM to serve requirement for country/MCO both local (no global support materials) and overseas (through Global material procurement).
To develop, implement and drive Unilever Procurement strategies, policies and trading standards for Myanmar market.
To establishes clear and measurable goals that challenge procurement to continuous improve; to use financial and quantitative data to manage performance.
To deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.
To handle complex and diverse customer, supplier or operational issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
To assist Country Procurement Manager for co ordinate with cross-functional initiatives and represent Unilever’s interests in the management of external strategic relationships.
To assist Country Procurement Manager to identify, develop and managed strategic business relationships to enable implementation of the Unilever growth strategy, revenue achievement and new product development initiatives.
To build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
Manage day-to-day Operation assigned materials from PR/PO process to timely shipment management.
