- Strategize to find cost-effective deals and suppliers- Discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people- Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business- Maintain relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors- Evaluate spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries- Communicate with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production- Prepare the monthly report of Procurement Department by showing the purchasing data in terms of quantity and amount making comparison between the departments- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree with related Diploma such as supply chain management, logistics or business administration- At least 7 years of procurement experience with 3 years of procurement management experience in Steel Structure industry- Age above 32 years old- Can communicate with English language- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
