  • Develop good relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure that company needs are clearly understood and defined
  • Maintain good knowledge on supplier market
  • Develop smart sourcing strategies to ensure company interest are optimized with best value for money product and services
  • Lead sourcing project from RFP to implementation
  • Monitor supplier performance with strong contract management and periodic business reviews
  • Develop and implement analytics tools to identify cost reduction opportunities and set up procurement plans, establish, communicate and implement short & long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop centralized procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance operational performance and efficiency; meet regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed.
  • Develop and implement procurement-related training programs for the procurement team and organization, support and coach Souring Managers on a daily perspective
  • Develop, communicate and administer procurement team performance and development plans and appraisals.
  • Oversee contract development and administration.
  • Process and optimize procure to pay processes and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
  • Integrate the procurement policy, processes and system between the 2 entities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economic/Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain
  • A professional designation related to Procurement
  • Minimum 8 years in procurement field
  • Experience with modern sourcing and procurement systems
  • Minimum 3-year work experience in a management position
  • Experience in solid operational management and general business
  • Experience in handling large contracts
  • Preferably work experience in sourcing Telecom Industry
