1. Responsible for the whole Import process.
2. Responsible for Applying Endorsements & license.
3. Responsible for the import process with dead line.
4. Dealing with Local & Foreign Company for Import Process.
5. Purchasing the items from oversea country.
6. Contact with Governmental office when it necessary.
7. Responsible for the internal department development
8. Dealing & Communicating with related department head.
9. Checking the contract that is related to our company.
10. Banking Process and Custom Process.
11. Reporting to COO

Job Requirements

1. Any Bachelor Degree with Trade Certificate, Purchasing, and Logistics & Supply Change Management are required.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain with 2-year in managerial position.
3. Excellent Communication Skills, speaking, writing, reading
4. Has Leadership skills, able to lead several subordinates
5. Has Networking Skills, Negotiation Skills able to maintain contact and good relationship with different people in the network.
6. Has Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills to do the reporting requirement
