Responsibilities:

Provide all assigned Engineering spare parts/ Service to ensure and meet with operation
requirement in accordance with purchasing policies and procedures and with minimal
supervision.
Make sure to purchase spare parts from the original & direct suppliers in local and overseas as
much as we can to get with the right specifications and competitive price.
Dealing with internal user department for specific confirmation, required information for order process.
Negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, payment term, lead time and delivery term.
On time monthly report.
Receive work instructions from superior and taking prompt actions according to instruction.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Any graduate or bachelor degree in Engineering subject preferable.
with minimum 3 years experiences in engineering purchase background.
Good using of English 4 skills as compulsory.
Good computer skills including MS Office and common software.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a complex environment.
Good knowledge in negotiation/communication skills to handle local & oversea suppliers.
Knowledge of import rules and regulations, incoterms.
Communication skill and teamwork ability to establish good working relationship.
Able to work beyond office hours as and when necessary.
