Procurement Staff – 2 posts ( M/F )

Interviewee must answer “Testing-forms” before “Interview”.

Job Description

-Source new suppliers for new items, new projects

-Review and analyze detail all vendors/suppliers, supplies, prices and options for user requirements

-Make initial selection to be right decision by manager

-Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

-Estimate and establish cost of goods sold and budgets for purchases

-Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers

-Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

-Maintain and update detail-lists of suppliers, products, delivery times, and shipments’ schedules

-Work with team members, procurement manager and related departments to complete duties as needed

Job Requirement

-Any Graduate / Fresh Graduate

-Non Experience  ( Preferable- Procurement Experience at least one/ two years or

Having strong knowledge if be non experience)

-Proficiency in Ms Office, Internet and Email

-Good in English ( Reading & Writing )

-Good in Mathematics

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers

-Problem Solving during and after procurement processing

-Good planning skill and good teamwork skill

-Prefer the one who can work for long term relationship with company

-Willing to accept Challenges

-Preferable mature and flexible with team and organization

-Must be fast learner

-Obedient

-Adaptable in dynamic environment
