  • Leads and effectively executes business plans for structuring relevant and innovative financial solutions
  • Designs distinctive value creating agendas to develop trade finance products, implement product strategy and monitor product performance
  • Assesses new opportunities and develops growth strategies to ensure trade finance products and solutions meet the needs of existing and prospective clients
  • Conducts competitive benchmarking of products and reviews pricing of the products periodically
  • Ensures continuous product improvement through the sourcing of on-going client feedback and identifies future client needs
  • Manages the new product approval process through collaborations with all relevant stakeholders
  • Oversees and supports the roll-out of new products and services
  • Participates in the training of sales teams during the launch of new products and solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in financial institutions
  • Proven Trade Finance experience in local or foreign bank
  • Able to command in both English and Myanmar
