Strategy

Define the product vision
Gather customer needs through research and market data
Maintain a deep understanding of the product offering vis-à-vis competition
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Roadmap planning

Short-term (2-3 months) and long term (1-2 years) roadmap planning for features and functionality to be added to the product
Track implementation versus plan and make changes as required

Job Requirements

Obtained Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or computer science. MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in software development and product management
Familiar with e-commerce technologies
Excellent computer skills.
Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills.
Entrepreneurial and driven to achieve desired outcomes
Good stakeholder/ supplier management
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work with changing priorities and proactive manner
Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding/ interest of digital tools/ technology and latest trends.
