A VCGMA of Product Management will need to manage the overall developments of all products under the KBZPay Market VC.  The candidate will need to have a deep understanding and foresights of business needs from all stakeholders and deliver those needs through product development roadmap.

• Oversee the development and management of all product roadmaps, and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure prioritization and resource allocation reflects the vision and strategy
• Define and align the overarching product vision and strategy for KBZPay Market, and ensure this is reflected in all individual product roadmaps
• Manage overall platform and both internal and external stakeholders as well as drive 3rd party outsourcing vendors to respond to the same business goal
• Lead a product management team in which you motivate and mentor your team so they can be successful in their roles
• Stay up-to-date with industry and competitor trends, and share insights and learnings across the Analytics team

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years experience in product management
• 3+ years experience in product development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals
• Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills to customer engagement
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination
• Deep understanding of ecommerce customer needs, Seller success activities
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
• Fluent English language
