This role reports into the Team Lead Product Management of Transaction Banking Business Unit. The Product Manager will be responsible for product development and process enhancements, operational matters and compliance with all regulatory requirements. He or She will be primarily accountable for the P&L, usage and NPS of the gold-linked products and services.

The scope of responsibilities includes market analysis, product development, commercialization, financial management and overseeing product administration.To excel in this role, you need to be digitally savvy and have product management experience.  In addition, you need to have a sound understanding of the bank’s technological capabilities, understand risk and employ risk management capabilities, know the business strategic objectives, able to adopt customer journey methodology, end to end process management and drive changes to improve business processes and capabilities, always leveraging on technology.

• Prepare and evaluate market analysis. This includes product strategy development and communication, industry trend tracking, market surveys, competitive intelligence gathering, regulatory intelligence gathering, collating client feedback and segmentation analysis.
• Product and feature enhancements. This includes roadmap development and development prioritization, creation of business cases and business requirements, overseeing project management, ensuring operational readiness, preparing for and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Commercialization includes subject matter expertise in support of sales, developing and conducting product training, operational enhancements, developing and maintaining product documentation including legal documentation.
• Explore support requirements with Central Operations with the view to take over Trust and Treasury support functions.
• Financial Management includes developing and maintaining business plans, managing the P&L of each product, forecasting and budgeting, deal pricing and pricing policy development, maintenance and communication, and pricing modelling.
• Reporting to Product Manager and support in executing product & channel vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver the business goals
• Define end-to-end user experiences, write BRD defining the requirements and lead development of new features from concept to launch through the entire digital product design life cycle from user research and ideation to prototyping to channel roll-out
• Familiar with the digital payments in the market
• Manage Public Sector Bill Payment, Gift Card categories & Digital gold

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing or related
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in product management/ digital payments
• Excellent Analytical thinking, proactive and creative
• Strong Teamwork & excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Analytical tools

• Good command in English for both verbal and written

• 3+ years(Banking Experience or Background shall be an advantage)
