Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, innovative and proactive Product Manager to join our Transactional Banking team and help us continue to manage and improve existing product(s) as well as to create new product(s).  You will be responsible for owning the product(s) and conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies. Product manager will manage domestic remittance products in multiple channels such as branches, online banking and digital wallet. Domestic remittance products cover transfer within KBZ Bank’s branches and inter-transfer between other banks.

  • Familiarize yourself with the product’s components and its potential impact on the market as a whole
  • Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the product
  • Oversee the product line’s life cycle and anticipate any problems
  • Evaluate market competition and position the product line so that it appeals to consumers
  • Write a go-to-market summary and introduce it to the rest of the department
  • Create a mission statement for product launch and forecast performance in individual channels
  • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives
  • Propose product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
  • Develop Business Requirement Document and work with multiple stakeholders to establish products which meets consumers’ needs and market trends
  • Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years’ product development experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Knowledge of the market and industry (Prefer on banking knowledge)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or other related
  • Strong motivational and communication skill
  • Understanding the Customer, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Inventory Control are required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen to forecast future trends in the market
  • Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory and English language proficiency will be added bonus
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced working team with good time management
