Product Manager at a Fast-Growing International Financial Services Company in Yangon

• Responsible for understanding a user process and working with all of the different departments within the company to create and maintain successful products especially for Insurance

• Up to 3,500,000 MMK plus other benefits

The Role

Responsible for all insurance product management activities for an existing product or new products line and/or product category

• Developing the product road map and key stories for the product line

• Lead product development efforts for new state/product launches and closely support delivery partners in Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Claims and other departments

• Implementing the on-going management of the products initiatives and other enhancements that align with the organization direction

• Work with the company’s actuarial team for all rate filings of the products

• Report directly to Chief Actuarial Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or another quantitative field

• 3+ years of working experiences including 2+ years of product experiences in Banking or Insurance or other Financial Sectors

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese languages

• “Do-what-it takes” attitude to efficiently execute and drive for results in a fast-paced work environment
