An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Help implement/amend the next generation of deposit products.
  • Develop standard trackers, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Perform in-depth analysis on products, customer segments, market, etc.
  • Address the business questions raised by various business units by sound and thorough analysis and to come up with recommendations.
  • Provide ad-hoc / special reports of high quality to different stakeholders and support them in their decision making.
  • Involve in project initiatives in the bank. 
  • Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas of improvement for deposit products and banking services
  • Translate business requirements into product requirement/user stories and ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within the timeline
  • Effectively manage stakeholder while ensuring strong collaboration and communication across teams: Business, Operations, Technology, Credit Risk, Retail Banking - branches, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and any other relevant department(s)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen end-to-end process for the Deposit Portfolio and other banking services
  • Defining product release plans / roadmaps and driving timely and successful achievement of these roadmaps through strong project management discipline
  • Managing a backlog of features and functionalities that deliver continued value for our customers and competency for our business
  • The Product Owner is involved in coordinating and participating in sprint rituals to track development of product features
  • Collect feedbacks from relevant parties and perform analysis to ensure business and other requirements are met.
  • Work closely with data team and business teams.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver results while meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of knowledge and experience in banking or relevant specialist knowledge in product management
  • Experience in Business Analysis and analytics areas.
  • Experienced with basic BI reporting tools like OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, etc
  • Experience in the Business analytics realm of reporting and data analytics.
