A Big Opportunity for ...

Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy
Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas of improvement for our lending and banking services
Translate business requirements into product requirement/user stories and ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within the timeline
Effectively manage stakeholder while ensuring strong collaboration and communication across teams: Business, Operations, Technology, Credit Risk, Retail Banking - branches, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and any other relevant department(s)
Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen end-to-end process for the Lending Portfolio and other banking services
Defining product release plans / roadmaps and driving timely and successful achievement of these roadmaps through strong project management discipline
Managing a backlog of features and functionalities that deliver continued value for our customers and competency for our business
The Product Owner is involved in coordinating and participating in sprint rituals to track development of product features

Job Requirements

Preferred a candidate with Bachelor’s in Business Management
Minimum 3 to 5 years of knowledge and experience in banking or relevant specialist knowledge in product management
Have good understanding of lending products, banking services and Myanmar market
Professional certificate in scrum, agile, product management is a plus
Experience in execution of product creation functions and roles
Ability to translate customer needs into products or designs and identify opportunities for additional value-added services
Ability to lead, develop and motivate employees and creating productive and positive team atmospheres
Excellent leadership skill with proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate others
Excellent organizational skills and results orientations
Experience in leading teams in a specialized compliance function
Sound knowledge of lending in the Myanmar market, focussing on retail/consumer lending
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Able to communicate in both Myanmar and English Languages at a business level
