Ensure the effective management of the processes, systems, and people required to design, develop, deliver, and improve technology services across the business now and in the future.
Collaborate with New Projects to prepare and process through to approval, disbursement, and implementation, technical assistance proposals.
Understand the group business and deliver a plan to consolidate all data collected under a platform and maximize the data usage under the whole group of companies
Participate in relevant teams for planning and programming purposes.
Help departments use technology profitably
Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitive and qualitative portfolio studies
Build quality assurance and data protection processes
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

Job Requirements

Verbal and written communication skills to call, email, and meet with clients.
Negotiation skills (presenting clients with a contract and establishing terms )
A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in the IT Industry.
Strong problem-solving skills to help clients overcome any obstacles and develop solutions
Require a level of Understanding with Superiors.
