Sale Planning and Formulates sales strategies to achieve the sales objectives/ business plan

Monitor projected sale volume , monthly results

Build effective relationship with stakeholders to develop business

opportunities and monitor and mapping competitors / movements

Plan and Organize business trips and field visits to achieve effective coverage of the assigned areas

Responsible for management the man power at the area of Taunggyi, Myeik , Dawei , Hintada, Pharpyone , Pathein and Yangon.

Responsible for development of staff and team atmosphere.

Job Requirements

-M.B.B.S (or) B.Pharm

-Minimum 3 to 5 years for brand management especially in OTC products

-Good track record performer as a sales person or marketing person

-Add on Diploma /Degree in marketing

-Ability to travel on short notice

-Effective communication skill and convincing abilities

-Self motivation as well as team motivation

-Strong analytical skills

-High level of initiative ,Proactive
