The Product Specialist will be mainly responsible for uncovering customer needs using empathy Ideation method and conducts research to develop a new product or solution for the business problems while using structured problem solving method .

• Act as a first line resolver when it comes to solving respective product releated technical issues and monitoring latest updates from platform development vendors.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies (stand up, retrospective, planning meetings) and be engaged with the team throughout the product life cycle
• Help Product team prioritize and maintain a balance between on-going maintenance/bugs and new feature requests
• Assist Head of Product in writing requirements in PRD and write associated acceptance criteria
• Work with the UI/UX Design team to ensure that the UI matches feature objectives and enhances the customer experience
• Set up and monitor key product metrics in conjunction with data team
• Assist Head of Product in gathering and documenting business requirements/use cases for features for customer-facing products (using PM Software such as Asana)
• Understand and support in procuring the product's data requirements (e.g. if a change is made to the user interface, what are the backend data implications) and how the product feeds other data sources in the company in order to troubleshoot issues
• Supports building the product roadmap at the squad/team level based on strategy and ongoing input from stakeholders.
• With guidance from the Head of Product , works daily with the Agile working group, clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks, constantly communicating, and supporting alignment around product strategy.
• Supports creating and maintaining the backlog (including prioritization, and acceptance criteria).
• analyze feasibility, cost of delay ramifications, economies, and other aspects of planned or potential changes to the product.
• Coordinates e2e product delivery roadmap including survey consulting, design, deployment, metrics, reporting and analysis.
• Succinctly communicate constraints to product Head on daily basis which could impact delivery timeline.
• Maintain accurate and timely product documentation such as (preparing Change Requests to PMO team and etc.)
• Participate in project related activities such as User acceptance testing and training for all internal staffs.

• At least 2 years’  Experience working in a product or product-adjacent role (in data or software) on a scrum team (Agile development)
• Ability to move fast but maintain a customer-first and quality mindset
• 1 – 2 years in B2C or E2E SAAS experience is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge in web development mobile app development languages and eco system.
• Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or Business & IT
• Proficiency in technical terms and software development methodologies
• Empathy structured problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Comfortable with project management tools such Asana or Jira
• Self-driven troubleshooter; able to multitask and prioritize issues effectively
• Understanding the difference of frontend and backend development
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
