Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Create presentation and training materials that outline the features and benefits of products and services.
  • Organize and deliver engaging training programs as mentors to respective parties.
  • Visit to the stores / branches and carry out products’ training workshops on a regular basis.
  • Ensure teams obtain their product knowledge, provide excellent customer service and represent our brand in the best possible way.
  • Maintain and optimize the training material and instructions.
  • Ensure that all training materials are up to date and relevant to the company’s products.
  • Attend product release meetings and obtain update information of products.
  • Collaborate with product team and UIUX team to create guidelines of product before release to market.
  • Work closely with operation team to uncover and assess training needs of sales professionals for all products,
  • Determine training needs both for individuals and teams to cover knowledge gaps.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions specific to company’s products and services to new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date current knowledge of the company’s products and competitors’ products in market Apply various training techniques and execute the activities.
  • Access training outcomes by reviewing feedback and evaluation of training programs.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product trainer experience with consumer products.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile wallet, banking and financial services industries and products.
  • Familiar with technology and office automation tools and applications.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Good project management and execution experience and skills.
  • Good organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel, as needed.
