  • Reporting person - Country manager
  • To handle product training program for all level staffs
  • To follow up the performance after training process for all level staffs
  • Develop and administers training programs for employees. Assesses training and development needs for organizations, helps individuals and groups develop skill and knowledge, creates training manual, presents in person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.
  • To find way motivation plan and training to all staffs.
