Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Company’s manufacturing facilities, ensuring all production jobs and activities are completed in accordance with the time, meeting customer expectations, completing production orders on time and defect free.
  • Providing timely updates to the executive team covering current or forecast production that may impact resources, requiring either an increase or decrease ( or reallocation ) of capacity.
  • Maintaining production schedules and planning work sheets. Planning weekly and daily labor requirements and ensuring availability of labor and resources.
  • Ensuring that factory capacity is maintained whilst also having the ability to regularly outsource work where required to boost manufacturing volume.
  • Lead Daily toolbox & weekly meeting with manufacturing team to discuss upcoming works, any issues or any items that may be raised for discussion by staff.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership and quality control systems that strengthen market distinction and leadership position.
  • Provides leadership and direction to production management and employees to continuously improve quality, reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Providing clarity about the Company’s processes, policies, procedures, objectives and goals.
  • Promote continual output improvements and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
  • Participate in new business development efforts, leading production team members.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. Industrial or Production Engineering
  • Sound knowledge and proficiency in Auto Cad, MS project or Prima Vera and all related computer software.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the same or relevant field
