Planning and Organizing production schedules, daily report, monthly report.
Estimating, negotiation and agreeing budget and time scales with clients.
Calculation the costing.
Overseeing production process
Daily/ weekly production plan and report to Management.
Strong team leading and management skill.
Managing the factory labour.
Organizing the repair and routing maintenance of production equipment.

Job Requirements
* At least 5years experience at Production Manager in Seafood Manufacturing..
* Having past experiences in the Food Industry.
* Computer skills is a must.
* Good / reasonable command of English.
* Clear understanding of health and food safety standards.
