Job Description

Handling the production planning
Production with better output reliability (Productivity), lower wastages percentages, higher manpower utilization, higher machine utilization, lower production cost.
Applying GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in Production line machines
Quality of the products according to CRQS (Customer Requirement Quality Standard)
Environment with safety-minded employees.
Analyzing the manpower utilization to get the maximum capacity from production workers.
Maximizing the capacity of production.
Monitoring OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to optimize the utilization of Planning weekly production schedule to maximize the productivity.
Tracking data for monthly wastages rate and set the necessary actions to take for improvement.
Leading the team for workplace organization.
Applying Preventive Maintenance activities on the machines based on weekly, monthly, quarterly any yearly practices.
Setting up the workers mind-set how important the safety behavior is for workplace.
Setting up the quality standard and data recording with quality on-line inspection.
Keeping in touch with material availability to reduce the idle production time due to material shortages.
Build the strong relationship with supplier and customer
Reporting to management with overall performance of production
Handling the customer complaint
Focusing on people development with coaching several training such as Safety Behavior, 5S, Machinery Safety, Leadership skills, 7 Wastages and other technical trainings.
Monitoring the machine down-time and analyze with engineering team for corrective/preventive action.
Making and checking Product Reject Rate such as Cutting & Washing, Blanching, Chilling, De-Watering, IQF, Packing, Cold Store, Reject per Kg and Percentage, Yield (%),Chill Room Balance) according to production process report and recording systematically.

Job Requirements

Any graduated (or) additional certification obtained by the Association for Operations Management desired.
Excellent coaching and communication skills.
Must be competence Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and auto CAD.
At least 5 years’ experience in the related fields.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
