  • Manage the whole production process and standardize the quality of products
  • Evaluate machine to ensure productivity across all product lines, guideline for production process
  • Testing of product functionality for quality control. working in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards
  • Strong understanding of Safe working environment of the manufacturing function to ensure that projects are delivered on cost and on time
  • Ensure the smooth process flow with effective manner, in-charge in quality controlling and overseeing all maintenance work in factory
  • Must set up production and operation plans, managing and monitoring factory workflow
  • Coordinating with maintenance team for production and facility maintenance
  • Advice and support cross-functional activities to conduct most effective factory production
  • Train new workers
  • Observe production process and issue instructions for adjustments of machinery to maintain good quality and quality of the products
  • Overall management of factory and production lines

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related experience in manufacturing / production
  • Must have bachelor’s degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Chinese language is a plus
  • Good understanding of quality control, production, and inventory management
  • Can use MS office, and reporting data
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
