Production Manager at a Successful International Apparel and Fashion Company in Yangon

  • Manage and monitor working standards and workflow of production department
  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

 

About the Company

 

Our Client is a well-known International Apparel and Sporting Good and Equipment Company which is leading to manufacture international standard quality product in Myanmar

 

The Role

  • To train the employees to fully understand all the policies and procedures of the production department
  • To manage and standardize the quality of the raw materials for production of accessories and bags to get the high-end quality products
  • To maintain the sewing technology concern with quality details using with KPIs
  • To review the current stage of production on weekly meeting and troubleshoot any issues raised during production

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of working experiences with production experience in knitwear and sportswear production Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or certificates in specializing in Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Good English communication and written skills are a must
  • Strong knowledge of fabric and garment manufacturing process
  • Some graphic design experience is a plus
