Deliver our Customer Service level as announced by Management;
Deliver OTIF 95%
Production-planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing of industrial or commercial products.
Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders and provide effective technical solution and new product introduction to internal and external parties.
Establish and maintain Assembly Master Schedule for capacity planning.
Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Manage inventory, establish and reviews Economic Order Quantities, Safety Stocks and Lot Sizes.
Collaborate with sales and project management to validate Promise, Due, and Assembly Start dates, drive innovation, identify and implement cost savings potential.
Responsible for inventory usage and reduction of Excess & Obsolete materials.
Reporting of Key-KPIs internally and towards corporate functions.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work on tactical and strategic level.
Manage Team to deliver the above-mentioned responsibilities.
Perform other duty assigned by Management if necessary

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Business Administration.
Age should be 30-35 years old
Experience: At least 3+ years’ experience in Planning and Inventory Management role
Type: Excellent analytical skills, judgement and decision making, able to work well under pressure, able to handle high volume of workload in short periods of time effectively and efficiently, excellent communication skills.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Competencies: meeting the TOA DNA.
Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
