  • To oversee our production operations and manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process of operation.
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Oversee and coach employees
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
  • Supervises coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, weighing, and bagging fertilizer materials.
  • Directs workers in receiving and storing other ingredients.
  • Directs workers in bagging weighing finished product.
  • Check production output according to specifications.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Performs other duties as described under supervisor any industry master title.
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

  • Bachelor's in Engineering ( Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Over 3 years’ experience in relative field
  • Organization and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Have problem solving skills
