An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Tanslates a variety of documents including literary, legal, research, technical, and scientific materials
  • Translating either into Chinese or Burmese or English
  • Have to work in NayPyiTaw
  • Consults with subject matter experts and othe colleagues in order to understand specialised concepts and translate them properly
  • Reads through or listens to material in one language, ascertains understanding if the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning
  • Reading material and researching industry-specific terminology
  • Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check quality of translation
  • Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluency in at least two languages in addition to your native language
  • Written and Verbal Communication
  • Proficiency in Chinese Language 
  • Must be able to translate paperworks with professional terms and legal terms
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office
  • Strong computer skill
  • Must be able to work in NayPyiTaw
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of specific subjects
