Job Description

Document Control
• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
• Checking quality of documents.
• Monitaring process.
• Producing listings.
• Setting up project filing systems.
• Teaming up with other documentation groups.
• Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure , including technical documents drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to data.
• Generate the various document control reports ass required.
• Typing of site documents and follow up of all the site needs.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are giving are giving to the appropriate staff, sub-contracters and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the document control office under safe custody without any damage.
• Maintain the files and controls logs as required by the project.

Project Administrator
• Conduct clerical duties including filing, answering phone call, responding email and preparing document.
• Book meeting room.
• Provide administrative support for operation team.
• Assist in purchasing office supplies and invoicing.
• Handles request and queries appropriately.
• Coordinate office procedures and distribute correspondence memos. Letter and forms.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, coping, binding, scanning ,etc.
• Maintain and update transmittal record, leave record, fixed asset list and staff information, authority record.
• Handles payment claim
• Attend CSR meeting and distribute information for team.

• Graduated, 2 to 3 three years experiences.
• English & Myanmar
• MS Office.
