The Project Control Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager on day to day basis during the execution phase of the Project and should have experience in oil and gas terminal, preferably experience in construction and commissioning of plants.

Skills Required:

1. Review and Monitoring EPC Contractors Planning Package including Progress measurement sheets Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phase of the Project.
2. Review and Monitoring EPC contractor’s progress report, identify and highlight schedule deviations and delay including the catch-up plans.
3. Review and Monitoring EPC Contractors’ plans and schedules, manpower and sequencing of work as per contract terms.
4. Coordinating with EPC Contractors on day to day basis for the Project Progress
5. Reporting and rising the flags for area of concerns.
6. Team Management.
7. Change Order Management
8. Checking of Monthly Progress Payments of EPC Contractor’s.
9. Monitor contractors and their activities, providing the guidelines for the execution of the woks and monitoring them.
10. Expert use of MS Office, as well as Planning software’s such as Primavera and MS Projects.
11. The job holder is also responsible for coordinating with the project team members and Contractors to ensure QA/QC, HSE procedures are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 – 15 years’ work experience as a Project Control.
• Working in terminals and tank construction projects
• Working in oil and gas industry
• Construction, piping, E&I and civil works
• Managing teams on site and off site
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Negotiation and Relationship Management.
• Myanmar nationality.
