This post holder is responsible for assisting in the standardization of the Project Management Office across designated areas. This includes ensuring consistency across various projects by defining and developing tools in collaboration with the Head of the PMO. This person will need to have a significant enough background in tech and software development as they will be managing all of the project tools after a period of introduction.  The tools are low/no code. He/She must work with the PMO team in evaluating the organisation's overall or long-term goals, as well as cross-functional alignment with business strategies and giving quick solutions for the company. This person is to ensure that the BSC PMO team and the BSC Office are kept up to date on the project's latest developments and are informed of the project's plan, timeline, and budget.

• Be responsible for the existing Low Code & No Code tools that measure project performance.  In some instances prepare new tools.
• Understand assigned developing project(s) objectives and scope, in line with organization visions/missions and goals
• Responsible for assisting in coordinating internal resources/stakeholders for the smooth execution of the project(s)
• Ensure that assigned project(s) are delivered on time and within the timeline and scope
• Responsible for the monitoring of detailed project plans to ensure the progress
• Escalation of risks & issues to RAID manager of PMO
• Ensure that BSC PMO team members and BSC Office are informed timely about the project plan, timeline, and budget and updated on the project’s latest happenings.
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Ensure successful completion and closure of projects
• Gather information, weigh the associated pros and cons and then formulate the best solution.
• Allows the team to work together more productively and complete the project more efficiently
• Fixing stalled workflows, project discrepancies or addressing other internal or external setbacks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable and approachable to support any business requirement

• Minimum 2 years of project management at a mid-level.
• Degree not needed but preferable
• Equivalent on the job experience is certainly required.
• Understanding of databases and on-line no code low code development platforms to enable database solutions.
