1.  Daily Tracking with vendors for EPC  Bill payment as per due date
2.  Daily Co-ordination with E// EPC SPOC for escalation, updates
3.  Recording Change in Meter, Capacity , Disconnection etc as per time to time update from E//
4. Maintaining & updating  records of  EPC Bills collection cycle updated
5. Daily Summary of Due Vs Paid , Reason and plan for balance  
6. Maintaining the EPC bills Meter reading, EPC Amount , Due date of payment , Paid Amount, Payment date as per E// format
7. Collecting paid EPC bills softcopies copies ( soft copies immediately after payment, Hard copies within 3-4 days)
8. Preparation of MIS with Supporting EPC bills in Soft copies as prevailing Processes
9.  Maintaining a hard copy File for filling of  payment receipts Bills     
10.  Co- ordination with vendor and  EPC office for Issue resolution in case of disconnection due   to non payment
11.  Reconciliation with customer and availing approval / WCN within Stipulated timeline
12.  Justification collection for High Bills
13.  Record of any Backlog payment with reason
14.  Justification of High Consumption Or late payments

MIS & Documentation

1.  Regular  update to Customer and internal Managenent on Progress
2.   Historical records keeping of Sites on monthly basis for Payment date , Amount, Meter No, Account No, Owner detail ( in case of owner payments) ,  Meter  Readings & Consumptions

Exeperience: Minimum 2 years of Exeprience in EPC Bill Process handling, Coordination, Customer Coordination and Vendor Management
