  • Submit a purchase request for the necessary materials
  • Transport for the project materials
  • To perform weekly & monthly reports for the project progress
  • To collect documents for the project
  • Manage & request a weekly project site expense
  • Reconcile, document and organize records on services and projects performed
  • Produce invoicing and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
