- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and project team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives..
- Prepare project progress reports of projects to be provided to Management.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Working with team members in the field or on site who have project issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+year working experience:
- Proven work experiences as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Documentation management and ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email.
- Have good administration skill and management skill.
- Good English skills and the Chinese language is essential.
- Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email.
- Have good communication skill, interpersonal skill and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
