Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacie
Manage contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilitie
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
To approve payment claim from contractor with contract agreement
To attend meeting with client, and sub-contractors

Job Requirements

BE (Civil) / ME (Civil or Construction Management)
At least 10 years’ working experiences with minimum 3 years of PM/Chief Engineer practices.
Excellent team working skills with related all stakeholders
Good Business English skill
