A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

      Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project

  • Involve in M&E System Design
  • Prepare, check and submission shop drawing document to all authorities for approval.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on the progress works
  • Attendance of all project meeting
  • Inspect, supervise ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare method of statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report.
  • Coordinate/ prepare technical submission with suppliers/ subcontractors.
  • Prepare Project Budget and site work programs/ Schedule.
  • Perform Project, Manpower and Material Planning

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or equivalents)
•    8 years of working experience in M&E Fields
•    Keen to work under pressure
•    Good capabilities in Project Management and Cost Control
•    Familiar at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and AutoCAD
•    Able to speak English and Myanmar
•    Able to prepare shop drawings and method statements if required (auto cad knowledge is a plus)
•    Age 35 Years above
