  • Report to Managing Director
  • Manage project scope, schedule, finances and resources to meet predetermined business objectives.
  • Lead the Project team to successfully build & maintain.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate engineering teams.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to respective engineering teams.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, finances and resources to meet predetermined business objectives.

  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Responsible for the project planning, construction engineering and project progress according to project schedule.
  • Liaise & coordinate with different stakeholders like contractors, architects and government authorities.
  • Supporting other members of the team.
  • Provide and arrange necessary support to the Board and Committee Meeting
  • Write up and prepare the Meeting minutes  and record keeping of the meeting
  • Knowing and complying with meeting notice requirements and setting a schedule that accommodates the directors.
  • Arranging the logistics of transportation, lodging, venue sites, and food.
  • Creates a basic agenda for BOD.
  • Communicate with the CEO, CFO, HR, investor relations, accounting, legal, compliance, the board chair, and others.
  • Adding written governance updates in each board mailing, preparing director orientation materials, and arranging education programs, preparing background materials for the annual board and committee evaluations.
  • Serve as the liaison for director search firms, preparing draft director skill matrixes, reviewing board independence and potential conflicts of interest, and conducting committee charter compliance audits.

Job Requirements

  • Over 40 years of Age
  • At least 10 years of experience or more in construction field
  • Must have degree and relevant education background with Engineering, Construction (or) Project Management. (Preferable of specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent)
  • Have experience in buildings infrastructure (or) construction projects with preferable track records.
  • Good in leadership and Project Management Skill
