  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Project Planning, Schedule and monitoring
  • Site Management and Supervision
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
  • Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities
  • Material ordering and controlling, Quality Control

Job Requirements

  • B.E, M.E (Civil) Degree Holder
  • 5 years above experience as Project Manager and must have totally 10 years above experience 
  • Must have experience in High Rise Buildings Construction
  • Being able to solve difficulties in innovative ways and handle the construction related problems well
  • Must be able to manage and supervise the project to finish within the timeframe
  • Must be able to live in Project Site during the project period
  • Good in English (4 skills)
