-Structure work, Archi work(Finishing)ႏွင့္ M&E work လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကိုလည္း ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြြာ လုပ္ကိုင္ရမည္။

-တည္ေဆာက္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအား က်ြမ္းက်င္ပိုင္ႏိုင္ျပီး လုပ္ငန္းအရည္အေသြး ႏွင္႕ တိုးတက္မွုရွိေအာင္ေဆာင္ရႊက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။

-သက္ဆ္ုင္ရာ consultant ဌာနဆိုင္ရာမ်ားႏ်ွင္႕ ေကာင္းမြန္ေသာတင္ျပေဆြးေႏြးညိွႏိွုင္းမွု၊အခက္အခဲမ်ားကို က်ြမ္းက်င္စြာ ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ရမည္။

Job Requirements

.BE (Civil)/ME (Civil).
-Must be between (38 to 50)years of age.
-Must be Over 5 Years In PM Field.
.At Least (Over 15 Years experience in related Field).
.Experience with Excel,Word,Power Point and similar Programs
.English General 4 Skills
.Must Know Site Planning and Scheduling
.Very good Organizational and management Skills
.Strong Communication Skills
.Can Travel depends on Situation
