The job of a project manager is to plan and oversee all aspects of a project, and to meet the project's goals on time and within budget. It will require you to organise people, tasks and resources to bring about a successful conclusion.
· Overall project management across Functions and Value Centres
· Plan, Track, Monitor and Control projects starting from project initiatives till the go live and closure
· Work closely with profit sharing partner and developers
· Ensure the roadmaps of Functions and Value Centres are aligned with the strategy
· Ensure projects are delivered on time according to the roadmap
· Track all the project activities and generate weekly reports for all stakeholders and management team
· Ensure project issues and production issues are solved within SLA
· Support Functions and Value Centres to achieve their targets
· Improve business processes and project documentations
· Support end to end project management to Functions and Value Centres
· Ensure the projects requirements are aligned with standard and procedures of KBZPay
· Support the whole workflow of projects for a smoother delivery of projects
· Keep electronic copies of project documentations, change requests, problem statements and reports
· Provide lessons learnt reports to business and product teams to avoid the same issues or constraints in next projects
· Work closely with product team and developer team for agile projects, sprint planning, testing, retrospective and release
· Maintain relationship with profit sharing partners while achieving the goals of the organization
