  • Able to do entire project management, estimate the project cost and take good care of project quality management
  • Informing to and coordinating with other managers and CEO for significant support to the company
  • Collaborating with Group offices such as  HQ in Japan and APAC Region 
  • Able to support/ give ideas for learning & development plan coordinating with HR Manager and other line managers.
  • To take responsibility for project members performance appraisal.

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 yrs' experience in System Development 
  • At least 5 yrs' experience of project management is preferable
  • System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/ CSS, JSP, SQL, etc)
  • Project Management Experience of schedule, quality control, progress and issues management
  • Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill
  • Large sized project or multiple medium sized projects
  • Good command of English.
