  • Prepare and manage project organization.
  • Prepare and implement of project schedule.
  • Operate and discuss tender document/contract documents for business planning.
  • Prepare and instruct methods of statement, working procedure and sequence for projects.
  • Implementation of project to compliance with legal requirement.
  • Manage construction progress and performance of projects with suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage and control of construction equipment to meet with projects schedule.
  • Manage and control quality assurance and quality control of all construction works.
  • Control manpower, materials and quantity survey, site survey to be feasible and successful projects.
  • Manage and monitor to control the budget profit & loss. 
  • Manage project safety/ environments.
  • Review the project plan and actual progress for setting up and planning with construction teams.
  • Review project completion report and as-built drawings to mitigate unnecessary situations.
  • Review technical knowledge records, sharing and study for future projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering with experience not less than 10-years in actual construction site. PE/RSE is required.
  • Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills-ability to communicate.
  • Verbal and written communication skill in English.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Software, such as word, excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft project, and Engineering Software's, for instance, AutoCAD.
  • Adheres to workplace health and safety rules & regulations, standards and practices.
  • Need excellent coaching skill, supervision skills, planning skills and management skills
