You are required to drive the project into completion successfully; Merchant Management System
You represent the Card Operations Department of the Consumer Banking Operations while you are the resource of the Project Management Office of the Operations Function.
Ensure to be on top of things; to stay on track, aligned, communicate and report to the relevant parties and stakeholders on a regular basis and when necessary.
Take the ownership, take the lead, be instrumental in managing and coordinating all the moving parts while maintaining the relationships; ie., the tasks, staff, resources, team members, counterparts, stakeholders and vendors from in and out of the Organisation that are from different units, teams, functions, offices, geo-locations and time zones.
Working together with the internal teams in developing SOWs that are in accordance with both Business and Technical requirements.
Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
Coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar of necessary components and features.
Proactively coordinate on both functional and non-functional aspects of project delivery to ensure that risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies of the project are identified, reported on, and escalated.
Coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans including release note preparation and checklists with project managers.
Managing and Tracking the overall project progress, performance.
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Facilitates launch support meetings and follow-up to achieve timeline and maintain the progress
Conducting project review and creating detailed MIS on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Any other tasks assigned by the Department Head
Manage the team members and Vendors including but not limited to regular follow ups, focus on SIT/UAT, proper communication, reporting.

Exposure to Project Management skills, applications, software, system, business process, workflow, database and reporting.
Minimum 5 years of project management, product management and application development/consultation
