Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage technical aspects of projects by monitoring and managing project scope, plan & cost in order to achieve successful project completion
  • Find variety suppliers of products and recommend suitable source for individual project depend on customers’ request
  • Check the most appropriate technical and material solutions or other variables to optimize the system proposals
  • Lead in developing of project proposals, agreement with vendors and subcontractors
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Create project budget based upon quotes and bids; track project costs.
  • To be able to make a budget and assess financial costs related to solar projects
  • Troubleshooting issues relating to installations
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Need to work with internal resources, sub-contracting Professional Engineers, customers, and local regulatory entities to create a design that meets the requirements of all stake holders
  • Lead engineering teams to accomplish projects efficiently and effectively
  • Set proper safety policies for the employees to ensure safety workplace
  • Learn about updated solar power technology and train engineering teams for continuous improvement
  • Provide strong technical inputs to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Report to management by analyzing and giving suggestion solar technology developments, changes

Job Requirements

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering specialized in Electrical Power
  • Minimum (8) years’ experience in Solar System (or) Electrical Engineering Field
  • Oversea experience is a plus and 3 years’ experience in Management Field
  • Able to draw System Design
  • Strong knowledge in related solar technique
  • Excellent in English spoken and written communication skills
  • Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Good at using Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to travel
