Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
  • Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or delays
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
